Your tasks:
- Advising and supporting specialists and managers for three of our six branches on all HR-related topics
- Assumption of all tasks within the scope of the employee lifecycle (except payroll)
- Coordination and implementation of co-determination-relevant measures and trusting cooperation with local employee representatives
- Participating in negotiations with the local works council and in company agreements
- Collaboration in HR projects or on special topics
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information to other HR areas, e.g. Payroll, Recruiting, etc.
- Supervision of trainees in cooperation with the local training officers
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on HR or commercial training with corresponding additional qualification
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar function
- Good knowledge of the relevant labor laws and cooperation with the works council
- Empathetic personality, good communication skills and confident demeanor
- High level of initiative and results-oriented, careful way of working
- Tangible service mentality and positive attitude
- Willingness to travel
- Good written and spoken English skills
