Job description

For a well-known customer in the Coburg region, we are looking for you as a payroll clerk (m/f/d) on a temporary basis.

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out the monthly payroll accounting
  • Calculation and recording of social security contributions, taxes, deductions and allowances
  • Ensuring compliance with legal provisions, internal company regulations and collective agreements
  • Recording, advising and ongoing support for company pension schemes, garnishment of earnings, partial retirement and parental leave
  • Creating and maintaining various personnel measures
  • Preparation of income tax returns and contribution statements for health and pension insurance

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
  • Further training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d) desirable
  • Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of German tax and social security law
  • Good user knowledge of SAP HCM, Google Workspace and Success Factore / EC desired
