Hey,

We are currently looking for committed HR Admin Employees (m/f/d) at the Hamburg-Hausbruch location for our international client.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Support for site management and HR support
  • Issue of work clothing
  • Purchasing and goods receiving (office supplies)
  • Audit
  • Management of new temporary workers in SAP
  • Contact for employees for time management
  • Management of time recording and access control
  • Posting time corrections in SAP
  • Involvement in working time models
  • Creation of simple lists and reports

What you bring with you:

  • Successfully completed training in a commercial or administrative profession
  • First professional experience in the logistics environment desirable
  • Strong affinity for numbers, good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of English an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working, strong analytical skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and
    a high level of goal, result and service orientation high level of comprehension
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Reliability
  • German spoken and written
