Your area of responsibility:
- Support for site management and HR support
- Issue of work clothing
- Purchasing and goods receiving (office supplies)
- Audit
- Management of new temporary workers in SAP
- Contact for employees for time management
- Management of time recording and access control
- Posting time corrections in SAP
- Involvement in working time models
- Creation of simple lists and reports
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed training in a commercial or administrative profession
- First professional experience in the logistics environment desirable
- Strong affinity for numbers, good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and basic knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of English an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working, strong analytical skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and
a high level of goal, result and service orientation high level of comprehension - Ability to work in a team
