Your tasks:
- Acceptance of customer complaints regarding catering equipment
- Processing of complaints
- Commissioning and coordination of service calls by external service providers for on-site repairs at the customer's premises
- Selecting spare parts on the basis of exploded drawings for the customer or external service provider
- Ordering spare parts from the manufacturer or direct dispatch from our own warehouse to the customer
- Telephone support for technical questions relating to the above-mentioned product range of cooling, thermal and flushing technology
- Sale of wear and spare parts
- Handling service and warranty cases with suppliers
- Maintenance of technical master data
- Preparation of technician training courses
- Creation of maintenance plans and instructions as well as supplementary service aids
Your profile:
- Completed technical vocational training in the field of catering equipment (technical capital goods)
- Several years of professional experience
- Good teamwork
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work
