Your tasks:
- Support in driver dispatch
- Acceptance and processing of delivery notes
- Communication with the warehouse management
- Outgoing goods inspection, documentation and receipt
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Processing complaints and returns
- Consignment-related communication with customers, service providers and departure stations
Your profile:
- Completed training in the field of logistics services or comparable commercial training or corresponding professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and assertiveness as well as a pronounced customer orientation
- Independent, team-oriented and organized working style
- Willingness to work shifts
- Knowledge of English is desirable
