Your tasks:
- Research of suitable goods, services and main suppliers according to requirements (internal/external)
- Development of the purchasing strategy in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology
- Conducting price and condition negotiations, comparing offers and taking over supplier selection and evaluation (focus on refrigeration and air conditioning technology)
- Preparation of contract documents, e.g. framework agreements and individual agreements according to Group specifications
- Independent organization of ordering and procurement, including coordination of deadlines, checking order confirmations, invoices and complaints processing, etc.
- Participation in project assignments and assumption of ad-hoc tasks
- Creating statistics and reports
- Continuous optimization of prices and processes through analyses and key figures
- Interface within the Group for all procurement processes
Your profile:
- Commercial or technical degree, alternatively commercial or technical
vocational training with additional qualifications in purchasing - Professional experience in (strategic) purchasing, material procurement or scheduling
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Knowledge of the legal basis according to BGB, HGB and VOB as well as competence in
product group management desirable - Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Independent, team-oriented, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness and strong negotiating skills
