Your tasks:
- Carrying out monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
- Implementation of all payroll-related administrative personnel processes from recruitment to departure
- Advising employees (m/f/d) and managers on payroll and social security issues
- Contact for payroll tax, social security and auditors
- Taking on special tasks and projects in operational personnel matters
- Compiling statistics and reports for the relevant authorities
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree and practical experience in operational payroll accounting
- Experience in at least one payroll accounting system, previous experience in DATEV an advantage
- Sound knowledge of labor, works constitution, wage tax and social security law
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a pronounced service mentality with flexibility and commitment
