Your tasks:

• You look after existing customers by telephone and e-mail 
• You support the key account manager and sales management 
• You prepare quotations and follow up with customers 
• You record and track customer and promotion orders 
• You take over the after-sales service 

Your profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk) or similar 
• Experience in internal sales (at least 2 years)
• Experience with SAP (S4/HANA) an advantage 
• Good written and spoken English skills 
• Sound knowledge of written and spoken German
• Customer-oriented way of thinking and working
