Your area of responsibility:

• Maintaining accounts, carrying out account reconciliations and processing payment transactions

• Responsibility for accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Support with the preparation of the annual financial statements

• Implementation of the dunning process

• Responsibility for travel expenses and expense reports

• Posting and account assignment of incoming invoices from materials management (ordering) and carrying out cost accounting

• Accounting support for foreign subsidiaries - in particular intercompany reconciliation

• Involvement in various reporting and participation in financial projects

• Support and further development of Navision/Business Central applications and functionalities in finance and accounting

• Review of work instructions to ensure efficient processes

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience

• Relevant professional experience in accounting

• Confident handling of Excel and the usual Office products

• Sound knowledge of ERP systems (knowledge of Navision or BC 365 an advantage)

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

• analytical thinking and a structured and independent way of working

• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
