On behalf of a well-known customer from the Rhine-Main area, we are looking for exactly you as an employee (m/f/d) Quality Management and Food Law.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the food law conformity of our products in accordance with EU and national law
• Processing legal and product-specific inquiries from our international customers
• Evaluation and implementation of legal and customer-specific requirements and developments
• Processing of official inquiries and preparation of statements
• Creation, management and maintenance of product specifications and declarations
• Support of the product release process in our product data management system
• Participation in the further development of the central SAP system and expansion of digitization and automation projects
• Close cooperation with our relevant interface departments (including quality assurance, product development, technology service, customer service and sales)

Your profile:

• You have a degree in food chemistry, ecotrophology or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on food law
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of food law/specification and/or quality assurance and control in the food industry or food trade
• In-depth knowledge of national and European food law is part of your portfolio
• You are confident with the MS Office package and ideally already have experience with SAP
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English
• You are characterized by your proactive, solution-oriented and structured approach and your ability to grasp things quickly
• An independent, customer- and target-oriented and responsible way of working is part of your everyday working life
