Your area of responsibility:
- Contact for customers and suppliers
- Close cooperation and support of the product managers in day-to-day commercial business
- Coordination and organization of all back-office activities
- Maintaining and updating customer and prospect master data
- Assumption of other general commercial tasks
- Complaint processing
- Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, if applicable
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a similar qualification with several years of professional experience
- Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
- Team player, communicative
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Very good written and spoken German
- good knowledge of English
- Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision BC
- Professional experience an advantage
