Your area of responsibility:
- Independently able to tack, align and weld pipes and sheet metal in accordance with welding and component drawings
- Preparation and post-processing of weld seams
- Knowledge of the properties and characteristics of the metals and materials to be welded
- Processing of pipes and sheet metal with wall thicknesses of 0.1 - 4.5 mm
- You are able to weld stainless steel and special steel components
- Work according to drawing
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in a metal profession
- Several years of professional experience in the TIG process of material group 8.1 in thin sheet metal, preferably less than 1 mm
- Basic knowledge of materials science, e.g. for stainless steels
- Valid welding test certificates (desirable)
- Quality-conscious, technical understanding and reliability
- Carry out a self-check for visual evaluation of the welding results
