Your tasks:
- Support and advice for existing customers from various countries, including personal visits on site if necessary
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries
- Preparation of calculations, offers and contracts
- Coordination between the logistics, production, laboratory and refining departments to ensure that orders are processed on time
- Preparation of final accounts and fixing of precious metals
- Communication with customers in German, English and ideally another foreign language via telephone, e-mail or other messaging services
- Research and acquisition of new business potential worldwide
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or studies
- Sound professional experience in sales or internal sales
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
