On behalf of our well-known customer from the industrial area North in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for exactly you as Shipping & Goods Receipt Clerk (m/f/d)!
Starting immediately, with long-term employment, very good bus and train connections and high chances of being taken on!

Your area of responsibility:
- You process incoming and outgoing goods independently and take care of internal logistics
- You check deliveries for completeness and compare invoice and order documents for this purpose
- You determine the type of packaging as well as the shipping method and scope of goods shipments
- You obtain and evaluate offers for national and international transportation
- You ensure the correct packaging of the products (packaging data sheet) and the compilation of the shipping documents
- You are responsible for handling standard customs formalities within the framework of the specified organizational processes in compliance with company, country and customer-specific regulations
- You will be responsible for organizing transport orders and cooperating with the relevant forwarding agents, e.g. special trips and customer forwarding, with special consideration of product requirements
- You are responsible for deadline tracking and the associated dunning process
- You manage empties stocks as well as packaging and consumables

What you bring with you:
- You have successfully completed a commercial or logistics apprenticeship, for example as a forwarding agent, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or warehouse logistics specialist
- You have professional experience in the movement of goods in an industrial company
- You have a car driver's license and a forklift license
- MS Office applications and ERP systems are already part of your everyday working life
- You are a real team player and are characterized by resilience and flexibility
- You think holistically without losing sight of the details
- You enjoy constantly developing yourself and contributing your ideas
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
