Your area of responsibility:
- Set-up, setup & adjustment of punching and gluing machines
- Monitoring & control of the production process for a smooth workflow
- Quality control & documentation of test results according to customer specifications
- Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency & reduce waste
- Maintenance & servicing of machines to ensure operational readiness
- Teamwork & support for new colleagues
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a packaging technologist (m/f/d) or comparable technical qualification
- Experience in packaging production & handling punching and gluing machines an advantage
- Technical understanding, manual dexterity & quality awareness
- Ability to work in a team, initiative & analytical thinking for process optimization
- Willingness to work shifts & high resilience in stressful situations
- Very good knowledge of German & quick comprehension
