Your tasks:
- Responsibility for smooth handling of promotions
- Complaints processing / SAP workflow
- Interface function to specialist departments (sales, logistics, finance)
- Customer support at trade fairs
- Responsibility and execution of written and telephone correspondence
- Ensuring smooth order processing (OTC)
- Recording and tracking of goods reservations
- Ensuring the correct customer master data
- Condition and price maintenance in SAP
- Provision of article and image data (Excel/customer portals)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in customer service in the B2B sector
- Good SAP/R3 SD knowledge
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
