Your area of responsibility:

  • Processing of all administrative processes in the area of incoming and outgoing goods in the IT system and creation of all relevant transport documents
  • Close exchange with the scheduling department and the client and responsibility for a smooth delivery and collection process at the warehouse
  • Checking existing data and other general administrative activities, such as processing complaints and clarification cases or preparing billing bases
  • Coordination with drivers, loading staff, dispatchers and shift supervisors

What you bring with you:

  • Completed commercial vocational training for forwarding and logistics services or comparable
  • Initial experience in using MS Office applications and common transport-specific IT applications 
  • Strong communicator with organizational talent
  • Reliable and responsible working style
  • Shift readiness
  • German language spoken and written (C1)
