Your area of responsibility:
- Processing of all administrative processes in the area of incoming and outgoing goods in the IT system and creation of all relevant transport documents
- Close exchange with the scheduling department and the client and responsibility for a smooth delivery and collection process at the warehouse
- Checking existing data and other general administrative activities, such as processing complaints and clarification cases or preparing billing bases
- Coordination with drivers, loading staff, dispatchers and shift supervisors
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial vocational training for forwarding and logistics services or comparable
- Initial experience in using MS Office applications and common transport-specific IT applications
- Strong communicator with organizational talent
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Shift readiness
- German language spoken and written (C1)
