Your tasks:
- Machine operation of the production facilities in the respective area
- Carrying out the tasks to be realized in the production areas of portioning/filling, draining, salting, turning, cream production and/or packaging in compliance with the quality specifications and the HACCP concept
- Implementation and documentation of the prescribed cleaning and disinfection measures
- Documentation of all required data in the production log
Your profile:
Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Gute Auffassungsgabe und technisches sowie lebensmitteltypisches Verständnis
Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Bereitschaft, Ihre Arbeitszeit entsprechend den Anforderungen eines Mehrschichtbetriebes flexibel zu gestalten
Körperliche Belastbarkeit (abhängig vom Einsatzbereich)
