On behalf of a well-known customer from the Schmölln region, we are looking for exactly you as a shift supervisor (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
- Contributing to the effective/efficient use of machinery and equipment
- Creating the daily staff deployment plan
- Collaboration in the solution of technical and organizational problems
- Disciplinary employee management for the employees of the respective production shift
- Compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines in the area of responsibility
Your profile:
- 3 years of completed specialized vocational training in a metal profession, e.g. cutting machine operator
- Initial experience in managing employees
- Many years (at least 6 years) of specialist professional experience in a metal profession
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Shift readiness
