Your tasks:

Ensuring a smooth and efficient work process including personnel and raw materials planning
Professional management of assigned employees including instruction, guidance and training
Defining, initiating and implementing necessary improvement measures in the area of responsibility
Implementing ERP-supported production planning and recording production parameters
Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and the implementation of hygiene, environmental and safety requirements in the production areas of the respective shift
