Your tasks:
- Preparation of certificates
- Drafting employment references, employment contracts and other documents
- Management of personnel files
- Interface to personnel management and payroll
- Preparatory payroll accounting
- Collaboration in the maintenance of the personnel information system (REXX), in particular absence management
- Creating reports for the management and HR management
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Enjoy administrative work
- Professional experience in the HR department would be desirable
- High IT affinity, in particular very good MS Office skills (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Business fluent in written and spoken German at native speaker level
- Good English rounds off your profile
