Your tasks:

  • Preparation of certificates
  • Drafting employment references, employment contracts and other documents
  • Management of personnel files
  • Interface to personnel management and payroll
  • Preparatory payroll accounting
  • Collaboration in the maintenance of the personnel information system (REXX), in particular absence management
  • Creating reports for the management and HR management

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Enjoy administrative work
  • Professional experience in the HR department would be desirable
  • High IT affinity, in particular very good MS Office skills (especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German at native speaker level
  • Good English rounds off your profile
