Your tasks:

• You maintain telephone and written contact with existing customers
• You accept orders, process them in SAP and create quotations
• You organize and monitor deliveries
• You process complaints and returns at an administrative level
• You support the sales force

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk or office communications clerk, and ideally already have some experience in customer service
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and are not afraid to communicate in English
• You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications and have ideally already worked with SAP or a comparable ERP system
• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
• You call yourself a team player and have a high level of commitment
