For a well-known customer in the region we are looking for you as anoffice clerk (m/f/d) in temporary employment.

Your tasks:

  • Performing general administrative and organizational tasks
  • Support of the managing director and other consultants as "back office"
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Preparation of training courses, meetings and in-house exhibitions incl. catering and room preparations
  • Processing of digital and analog inboxes
  • Answering and forwarding all calls
  • Controlling income and expenses
  • Structured document storage in digital and paper form
  • Procurement of work equipment and materials
  • Support of the homepage and marketing activities on social media (e.g. LinkedIn)

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Service-oriented way of working and flexibility
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Foreign language skills in English an advantage
