Your tasks:
- Performing general administrative and organizational tasks
- Support of the managing director and other consultants as "back office"
- Coordination of appointments
- Preparation of training courses, meetings and in-house exhibitions incl. catering and room preparations
- Processing of digital and analog inboxes
- Answering and forwarding all calls
- Controlling income and expenses
- Structured document storage in digital and paper form
- Procurement of work equipment and materials
- Support of the homepage and marketing activities on social media (e.g. LinkedIn)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Service-oriented way of working and flexibility
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Foreign language skills in English an advantage
