Your tasks:

• Assign and organize shift personnel 
• Troubleshooting malfunctions on machines and systems in the functional area 
• Permanent quality and quantity control
• Proper documentation of daily performance as specified by department management 

Your profile:

• Completed training as a process mechanic in coating technology, painter, surface technician or several years of professional experience in the coating industry 
• Experience as a shift supervisor or foreman 
• Strong quality awareness
• Willingness to work in 4 shifts
• Fluent written and spoken German
