For a medium-sized and internationally oriented company in Norderstedt we are looking for YOU as a part-time team assistant (m/f/d).

Our customer's range of services covers all aspects of air conditioning systems, including fire protection and refrigeration technology, pipework, electrics, automation and protective air. 

Customers from the cruise ship, yacht and navy sectors appreciate the expertise, quality and punctuality of the services provided by our customers.

Your area of responsibility:

• Posting of incoming invoices
• General correspondence with suppliers & customers
• Incoming / outgoing mail, control of general mailboxes
• Data entry & maintenance in the ERP system
• Creation of purchase orders in the ERP system
• Control of the hourly prescription
• Control of travel expense reports
• Travel bookings / organization of technicians
• Create & maintain Excel & Word files

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial or logistics training - career changers are also very welcome!
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new things
• Professional experience, knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable desirable
• Independent and autonomous action
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good knowledge of English
