ACTIEF Personnel Management GmbH
Compliance/Notes
The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG ) has been in force since January 1, 2023. This is the first time worldwide that corporate due diligence obligations for the respect of human rights and the protection of environmental concerns are comprehensively regulated by law. Companies must set up an effective risk management system to identify, avoid or minimize risks of human rights violations and certain types of damage to the environment. The law sets out which preventive and remedial measures are necessary in their own business operations and along their supply chains and requires the establishment of a complaints procedure and regular reporting.
ACTIEF addresses these obligations in its policy statement, which you can find here .
Our complaints procedure, which you can find here , describes the options for providing information.
